Breakfast Millet

¼ cup Millet cooked (2:1 ratio of water to millet. Bring water and millet to a boil, simmer 15 minutes)

Mix in: 

1 tsp. Ground flax

Unsweetened almond milk to taste

Cinnamon to taste

Handful of fresh blueberries

Is millet supposed to be very crunchy? I tried making it using the 1:1 ratio but it didn't seem cooked, super crunchy. I couldn't eat it.
