Brown Rice Pancakes

1/2 c cooked brown rice

1 T hemp protein powder

1 T flax seed meal

1 egg white (or 1/8 cup of apple sauce/mashed banana if you are allergic to eggs)

approx 1/8-1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

15 drops of dark liquid stevia

pinch of cinnamon 

- Combine in blender then add 1/4 blueberries before cooking so they stay intact.

Heat skillet with coconut oil and drop mixture like pancake batter.

This amount of ingredients makes 2 small-medium pancakes
