3/4 cup Barleans Flax oil
1 cup Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1 pinch of celtic sea salt
½ t sea veggie flakes (dulse, kelp, or nori)
a pinch of basil and oregano
Shake it up and enjoy!
