Dreamy Raw Almond Hummus

Ingredients:

2.5 cups raw almonds, soaked at least 12 hours

1/4c + 1 Tbsp raw tahini

3/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper

1.5 tsp cumin

1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp olive oil

1/4c + 3Tbsp lemon juice

3/4 cup water

3/4 tsp salt

In a food processor, grind down drained and rinsed almonds. Add remaining ingredients minus 1/2 the water. Begin to puree the ingredients together, adding water until you reach a creamy texture. Taste and adjust any seasonings to your liking. 

Drizzle with olive oil and smoked paprika. Serve with fresh cut veggies or raw flax crackers.
