Session 2: Whole Foods Cooking Class and Lunch (11:30am-2:00pm)             

Led by Expert Chef Julie Frans from Dining Details, learn how two hours of prep becomes a week's worth of easy 10-minute meals. Learn how to replicate this at home so you and your family can eat clean, quick meals all week. Lunch and "goodie bag" of samples included.

Primary foods - things that feed you other than food

Deconstructing and eliminating cravings

Energetics of food, Marcrobiotic theory, Concept of Yin and Yang with Diet and Lifestyle

Blood sugar and hormonal balance for optimal moods and energy levels

Food allergies, cleansing and digestive wellness

Individualized 3 Month Action Plans - complete with takeaway Whole Journey Kit
