2 cans Wild tuna
Juice of full lemon
½ cup Green apple chopped
½ cup Celery chopped
¼ cup Olive oil or Flax oil
1 tsp Sea salt
1 tsp Kelp flakes
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Before eating mix in handful of chopped walnuts, or sunflower seeds, and chives
