Ingredients
4 cups shredded or grated green cabbage
2 cloves of garlic (pressed or grated)
2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup dried mint - or- 1/2 cup fresh mint (minced)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for half hour in order to marinate.
Variations:
Add 2 Tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp raw agave nectar
Substitute 2 cups greens cabbage with red cabbage and add 1 carrot (grated) and 1/2 small beet (grated).
Substitute mint with basil.
