Superfast Asian Quinoa

1 cup Quinoa

2 cups water

1 T. coconut oil 

3 T. tamari (wheat free soy sauce)

3 T. toasted sesame oil

2 drops of stevia or 1 T. raw agave nectar

Bring Quinoa, water and coconut oil to a boil, simmer 15 minutes. 

Add remaining ingredients and serve as an Asian side dish.
