½ pineapple
1 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup dried coconut flakes
Cut pineapple into bite-size chunks. Add all ingredients into a bowl, mix and serve!
Notes: This is the most simple and refreshing dessert to enjoy in warm weather. Depending on the sweetness of the pineapple, you may want to add a little honey.
